Hey there, I know its been awhile since I have posted a But here I am now a month later!!!! Things are going good in our little corner of the world. I have been working soo much lately and that is probably why I have not posted a blog in so long. Speaking of work, I am finally starting to realize that I am exactly where I need to be. The first few months of working at the VA I wasnt sure that I was in the right area but now that I have been working at the VA for a little over a year now, I truly do know it is where I belong. I see so much and I am really realizing how hard civilian life is and can be on our veterans. You will never know the horrors of war and having to come back home and I see that everyday. I just never realized how real it is. I strongly believe that I have something to give to these men and women who have served our country. I thank God everyday for giving me such a rewarding job, because at the end of the day I know that I am doing something good and sometimes even making someones day. Of course we are all going to have our bad days but I think we should all be happy that we have such wonderful jobs.
On another note, Chad and I are in the process of saving money so that a year from now we can buy a house. I know this time is going to be trying and it might get hard at times but I am putting all my faith in God and in Chad because I know we can do it, and I know in the end it will pay off, its just a matter of getting through it. So I am praying that we will get through this next year! So many exciting things are going on in our lives right now and we are just so excited to see where God leads us!
